I want to say that I could not be happier with the quality of workmanship and the quality of the product. The people who build my fence did a spectacular job. In a matter of 3 days they not only removed the old fence but installed a new 6′ Cedar Stockade fence with 3 gates.
My backyard, to say the least, was a challenge. It is rocky, very uneven and has a steep slope on one side. The slope was a worry, to me, since a fence line there had never been before. The two men who did the job made it look simple. I had another requirement that the fence bottom be flat to the ground as I have a 4 month old Springer Spaniel pup who was going to get free run and I had to be sure that he could not get out by going under either the gates or fence. I believe both workers went out of their way to ensure this. Any area that was even suspect as a possible escape route was sealed off. The workers were very professional and very friendly and did whatever they could to satisfy both the customer and his dog. Whenever they encountered a deviation from the plan they always made sure I knew what the reasoning was so I would not be surprised. Every reason was valid and I had no trouble understanding the methods.
In addition to the work part I have high praise for everyone I dealt with at Cleveland Fence. The gentleman who came over for the estimate, the people at the desk and anyone I talked to on the phone. They were all very professional and courteous. They were always able to answer all of my questions. The product is a high quality lumber and compared to my old fence is many times better. From the time I was given the estimate, to final completion of the job was roughly 2 weeks. I could not have asked for anything more or better from Cleveland Fence. I want to thank everyone who I dealt with.
